Here’s How We Do It Together

Refer a new client to Newman Search Group and receive a one-time Referral Bonus after we place our first candidate with that client. Yes, it’s that easy.

REFER

Provide us with the details of the company with open positions, or who needs a trusted recruiting partner.

CONNECT

Facilitate an introduction between our firm and the hiring manager(s) at the referred company. This helps us establish a direct connection and effectively address their hiring needs.

SUCCESS

If we enter into an agreement with your client referral and we successfully place an executive candidate, congratulations you are eligible for a bonus!

REWARD

Within 10 business days after we receive our full placement fee, you’ll receive a payment in the amount of $5,000.

  • Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client OR a company with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within one year.

  • If the same client referral is made by more than one referrer, only the first person making the referral will be eligible for the Referral Award.

  • The Referral Award applies only to referrals of clients engaging in recruiting services with Newman Search Group. All information on the New Client Referral form must be accurately provided.

  • This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws.

  • Newman Search Group reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with or without notice.
